Hi, I’m Astrid.
I’m Astrid, a holistic coach, creative artist, and Feng Shui consultant with over three decades of experience. I was born and raised in Buenos Aires, Argentina. My journey began in the late ’70s with pottery and creative dance. In the mid-’80s, I pursued yoga teacher training at the Himalayan Institute in Pennsylvania and began my studies in Ayurveda.
Over the years, I’ve deepened my understanding of Ayurveda, studying with Amadea Morningstar in Santa Fe, New Mexico. In the early 2000s, I completed advanced certification in Feng Shui through Denise Linn’s School of Interior Alignment. In 2021, I joined the School of Deepak Chopra and became a Total Well-Being Coach, allowing me to integrate all my knowledge into one versatile offering.
I guide individuals toward inner and outer alignment, transforming old narratives into new, intentional, and purposeful stories. Whether through movement, mindfulness, or/and transforming your environment, I’m here to support you in discovering the life you desire to live.
